WHAT DO I DO TO DONATE MY BODY?

1.Approach Department of Anatomy, ESIC Medical College and hospital, K.K. Nagar that accepts whole body donation

2. Inform about your decision to your family and get their approval and submit the "willingness from legal heirs' form.

WHAT SHOULD MY FAMILY DO AFTER I DIE ?

1. Get a death certificate from any registered medical officer.

2. Inform about death to the contact persons:

Prof. Dr. K. V. Sarala Devi, Registrar & HOD (Mobile No: 9442727582)and

Dr. Suryabala Shanmugasethupathi, Assistant Professor ( Mobile No: 8754688642)

at once or within 6 to 24 hours after demise

3. Hospital Ambulance will receive the donor at their place of demise/at their residence.

4. Handing over the body to the incharges.
